Summary
After his miraculous weekend in 1986, Craig Pelling returned to a future he could never have envisaged. Even by his own hapless standards, his plans have spectacularly backfired. Everything he tried to fix is now broken, and a bleak, lonely existence is all Craig has to look forward to.
Does he face that future or does he try to seek answers? Either way, an emotional rollercoaster ride beckons. Can Craig can find closure before it ends? Or does fate have a few more twists in store for him, beyond Broadhall?

Great conclusion to '86 fix
After finishing the 86 fix I couldn't wait for this and I wasn't disappointed. A bit depressing in bits but that just added to the story. Not the best narration but I got used to it!

A good listen, if you can look past the grammatical glitches..!
Both of these novels are entertaining and certainly worth a listen, although the frequently repeated - and horribly crushing - misuse of the verbs to sit and to stand are hugely distracting..! (Characters are either "sat" somewhere, or "stood" somewhere else..!!)

This is my life, minus the time travel
The first book shared many similarities with my life (age, overweight, working in retail management)

Great story - despite the YA tone at times
Very low key and at times didactic time travel ditty. Tighter editing would have helped - particularly the painfully drawn out, teacher’s going to tell you story now children, ending. Notwithstanding, great performance and very enjoyable.

Good sequel
Fairly predictable ending but entertaining nonetheless… it was a good sequel to the 86 fix…

Better then the first one
The first book takes a long time to setup the story for this book. I endured rather then enjoyed the first book. However Beyond Broadhall is fantastic we’ll worth it.

Yet another banger!!
Like everyone else, I was compelled to find out what happened to Craig Pelling/Wilson Beyond Broadhall so purchasing this book was a no brainer. The writing is clever and funny and so entertaining and there really couldn’t have been any other ending. The narrator was once again great and totally gave Craig a character. Such a wonderful listen, I would highly recommend it. I do wonder what happened to “the old man”, the Vicar and the ensuing Police when Craig makes his disappearance….. would this reach into the realms of not possible or is it another story to tell????
I’ll miss Craig - I’ve come to really like him!!!
