Excellent!
Great audiobook. I’ve followed Terry for a number of years now on social media and this book is an excellent insight into how he’s achieved great things in such a short career. Looking forward to future books!

Great advice, interesting story!
I dont know Terry, I got to know him a little from listening to him from his book. I am in the financial services industry so had come across his business albeit from his business partner Lee rather than him. I saw this book mentioned on linkedin and thought it would be worth a shot.
I'm pleased I purchased it, it has helped me with my own struggles and offered a bit of direction. The themes in the book are not new or original, if you have read polar bear pirates or grant cardone or brian tracy you will recognise elements. I personally felt that whilst those elements were familar i was listening to someone who had followed the journey and actions he describes in his book himself and thats what has made him successful in the industries he operates in. Thats what really resonates with me, this is a person who is in business right now, he tells you the names of the businesses so it makes the advice all the more genuine to me and worth listening to and following. Not every self help/development book author has that history. I think a mentor should be practiced in the field they are mentoring in and thats what i liked about this book. Would really recommend. Not keen on all the roaring added in though hahaha.

Inspirational & Well Documented Steps to Success
It's easy to write a book about wins but this book is great because Terry outlines his failures or learning points along the way, particularly in property and delivers details around the steps to take to achieve success whatever your desired field. I have often wanted to ask high performers what they do on a daily basis to become so successful and this book provides the answers to that question.

full of really good stuff, covered, with brevity, a number of salient points from other books with a positive and though provoking message throughout. great job Terry, a similar book on sales should be next as I get the impression that's a book in itself!

Fantastic listen

Fantastic read and golden nuggets dropped every chapter:
Thoroughly enjoyed this book, lots of nuggets dropped throughout and puts a lot of things into perspective. I did not realise my environment was took up by so many sloths until reading this.
