I recommend it!
The whole chair yoga concept - it's brilliant because anyone can do it, whether you're nursing a bad knee or bouncing back from surgery. They've really thought of everything - the instructions are super clear, and they include these helpful illustrations that make it impossible to get lost. And also, the 10-minute sequences is just an absolute perfection!
The whole book is just so well put together, and it's honestly been a blessing for keeping active as we age. It's like having a gentle, understanding fitness buddy right there with you, guiding you through movements that actually work for your body. Such a fantastic resource!

Easy to follow even for us 50 year olds
I got this audiobook to help me with my tight muscles and to relax more. I found the guidance easy to follow and I was able to pick up the poses well even with only audio and no pictures. If your older and need help with flexibility or even to relax more grab this audiobook.

Fantastic guide for Seniors
Love this listen! Great guide for gentle and effective yoga poses for older adults. My favorite is that they are under 10 minutes. In this busy world its easy to excuse doing the things we should due to time, but this removes all excuses. Yoga is so awesome for helping with breathing, mindfulness, and body motion. I recommend this read!
