About this listen
Would you pay to watch babies fight to the death?
Only the wealthy and privileged have the kind of money that can pay for such vile entertainment. The first rule of Baby Fights is there are no rules. Babies can't follow rules. But with a certain persuasion they turn into rabid little monsters, and oh what a spectacle it is to see.
Two babies enter the ring. Only one comes out alive. The only rule of Baby Fights is that one must die. Always.
Would you pay to watch babies kill each other in the ring? Oh, you don't have that kind of money? Then open this book and read about it.

Not for every one, but it was for me!
A book called Baby Fights may not for everyone, but it was for me. Sometimes you just want a short, violent and gory audio-book to listen to. This was my first book by Robert Essig and I will most definitely read more from him in the future!!
John Wayne Comunale delivers a good performance with the narration.

excellent morbid book
I wasn't sure what to expect from this book exactly, but it was a well written semi-feasible nasty little story.
I do think it would have been even better if the book was longer, i felt that the ending should have shaken me, and it didn't.
But the book is solid, an excellent read if you like morbid stuff, my first from Robert Essig and i loved his clean writing style.
Narration was also excellent.

I loved it!
what's weirder than a group of sickos who want to watch babies fight to the death? not much! The story was sick, twisted and honestly a little depraved. I loved it! it was well written and well told, and honestly much sadder and more emotive than I was expecting. a bizarre idea executed in a great way. although I knew the length of the story going in i do wish it was abit longer, the idea worked well and it couldve gone further/deeper. it was first for me from this author and I will absolutely be diving in to more of his work.
if you're into extreme horror/splatter punk or are into reading into the weirder side of our messed up brains you'll love this.
