Summary
A young hospital security guard with a disturbingly unique taste in women. A maternity doctor with a horrifically unusual appetite. When the two of them meet, they embark on a journey of self-discovery while shattering societal norms and engaging in destructively aberrant behavior. As they unwittingly help each other understand a world in which neither seems to belong, they begin to realize what it truly means to be alive....
And that it might not always a good thing.

Gore for the sake of gore
It felt a little… Unnecessary. It wasn’t a bad book, but parts of it felt like they were simply there to shock you, and it didn’t have any deeper meaning behind it. That was a little disappointing in the end

What did I just Read?
I was completely unprepared for what I was about to hear. A favorite horror reviewer on YouTube praised this book, so naturally, I decided to give it a shot. Oh my goodness, I wasn't expecting that; I'm surprised I even managed to finish the book given some of the topics discussed. I honestly can't determine if I enjoyed it; it's ghastly in some areas yet oddly captivating, like watching a car crash. The end scene was horrendous, but thanks to the author's writing, I ended up laughing because it was so preposterous! The actual voice actor is quite alluring, and I like him.

dark, twisted, yet surprisingly hilarious!
it's so brilliantly written. I couldn't fault it! it's dark and twisted, and you need to be so morbid and messed up in the head to enjoy it as much as I did, but I found the irony in the humour so hilarious, I couldn't stop laughing! I asked to be recommended the most twisted, messed up book possible, and this is always the first recommendation. I want gore, but this works fine too!
if you're easily triggered, I wouldn't recommend it. For trigger warnings, it consists of necrophilia, particularly involving a baby, cannibalism, again involving babies, and idk if you could consider it r*pe when the baby is deceased, but some people have been.

Pure satire at its best
This book is so over the top and disgusting that it cannot be pigeonholed in to just extreme horror, but straddles the line, and then some, in the realms of dark comedy.
Morrison’s vivid descriptions of both necrophilia & cannibalism are delivered in such a morose and deadpan style by Caravetta I found myself laughing more than being grossed out. And not in a bad way.
A dark, vile yet hilarious story of two work colleagues who’s office romance doesn’t quite pan out as at least one of them wanted!

So bad and gruesome it’s funny
This book is terribly written but I kind of loved it because of that, it’s just so far fetched and ridiculous I really enjoyed it😂 I’m not sure if it’s on purpose but to me it worked

Black humour at its finest
Wasn’t sure at the start but was so beautifully written and narrated and the twist at the end was sublime

Grim
I took this from one of Tik Toks most disturbing reads.
It’s not disturbing. It’s a string of the same words over and over in more aggressive form designed to repulse.
The reader conveys the internal monologue of the lead perfectly.
There are moments where this book is grim. But disturbing it is not because it is truly one of the most forgettable books I have ever read/listened to.
