Only those who have experienced, truly understand

It takes someone who has experience a thing to truly understand it. Great insight and straight to point. When you make a perceived enemy your friend, they are not longer your enemy, why had I not thought of anxiety in that way before, it would of saved me from a lot of pain and misery. This is a must listen!

Overall useful and good advice

Probably at least as good as some general CBT and easier to access.
There are no easy answers here but should be something for everyone.

Just what I needed

I’ve been struggling with the anxious butterfly feeling in my stomach all year. Not knowing what to do so I just lived with it. I experienced my first panic attack last weekend so I decided to seek some self help. This is the book I turned too and it’s helped so much. I’m telling my brain “NO” to the thoughts I’m getting! And the feelings are fading rapidly. Worth a listen!!

Amazing

I love this book I’ve tried so many different approaches but this really rang true for me I’m now reading his next book and will be looking to get coaching from Carl!
Might not be for everyone but I can’t recommend it enough if you suffer with daily anxiety/ health anxiety and panic attacks

The best book for anxiety and depression

I’ve suffered for anxiety, depression and OCD for about as long as I can remember, this book is written by someone you can connect with, it’s easy to listen to and you can tell this Guy knows what he’s talking about, I’ve listen and read my books on anxiety,depression and OCD, this is by far the best and I haven’t even listened to half of it yet.

terrible, terrible. This guy is so basic

This book is terrible, it's so basic. it's just a guy nnarrating his experience, saying it's all within you to cure anxiety.
