Been after a good martial art cultivation story and this was it.
Now it's ended and I'm now here without book 3.
Sort it auditable!

Amazing

This book is better than the first and the character grows at a relatively normal pace (which is great). I'm used to reading how the MC becomes the best after several years of training compared to the decades that others have trained. Tao wong doesn't make his characters over powered he makes him normal which makes him more relatable. love the book cant wait for book 3

Better after second read

This story is not bad, most of the time with a couple of fun chapters. The Chinese sounding names are hard to comprehend as many of them sound the same so when the narrator talks about one person or another it’s hard to follow who is who. While the narrator dose a great job it’s a shame the author did not pick better and clearer sounding names for the main characters. It took me several attempts to finish the book. I am considering getting further volumes although they are quite short so I’m not sure about the value per credit. If this ever comes out as a publishers pack with two volumes per credit then I would consider it good value.
