Light-bulb moments!
Thought (and action!)-provoking.
Apparently this review has to be 15 words minimum… that doesn’t feel very lean!

Easy to understand and insightful
Firstly it is narrated by Paul himself and his enthusiasm for lean is evident straight away. It could have been heavy going, but Paul keeps it light and the chapters short. It’s full of good info and ideas, so much so that I have listened to it 3 times.
If you want a slightly different perspective on lean this is a good step.
Highly recommended.

Lean made fun
I have recently been given the opportunity to be trained as lead champion at the place i work. I stumbled across a video of Paul Akers showing a youtube channel around his amazing factory and really enjoyed Pauls energy and humour so i thought id download some of his audio books. Im so glad i did, he makes lean so much fun i love the way he applies lean to all sorts of things in life. Overall Mr Akers is highly entertaining and easy to learn from.

LIFE CHANGING
THE no1 book anyone needs to read if they want to improve their business and their life.
Quick read, simple to understand and implement, even quicker to listen on audio. Paul Akers' YouTube channel is super helpful, quick practical videos also.
I love learning and 2 Second Lean is the best thing I've ever learnt, it's life changing. I now have more time to spend doing what I want to do in work and life.
Start this book now, don't put it off!

Truly passionate author
The author clearly knows his stuff, having gone through the process of implementation before. This is written by a CEO, and I feel it's for other CEOs. It identifies that you need buy-in from the top of the company early, but I can't wrap my head around how to implement this if you don't get approval. In short, written by a CEO, meant for CEOs
