Very inspirational
I spend the best part of my night listening to this. It helps me sleep well at night.
I don't think there is anything better than this currently in the market. Over time having to listen to this book, my wife said that I am not as anxious as I used to be.
I never knew that until she brought it to my attention.

Thorough guided meditations
These helped overcome some ailments and found the audible to be relaxing throughout. Would recommend it to those wanting to become more relaxed while tackling stress and anxiety.

Deeply Relaxed For Sure!
I’m new to meditation, but am always on the lookout for good resources to help my “monkey mind” chillout. This allowed me to let go & find peace. I enjoyed the guided anxiety relief ch. 3 as my favorite. I think it was the words, but possibly by that point I was able to relax. The soothing narration & calming background music were well selected, I enjoyed the experience & think you would too!

Great resource for meditation!
I love meditation books and this one is really valuable! It does a great job in relaxing you and gets you to think deeply. The narrator is clear on her delivery making it easy and pleasing to take in the scripts. Highly recommended to relieve stress and promote inner peace!

Great guided meditations
I really liked these meditations. Not just the standrad ones thta so many people produce. I liked the narrator's voice - so important in guided meditation. I particulrly liked the "Inner peace and Joy" meditation, particulrly when we went out into nature (in the meditation) and went to a waterfall.
Recommended if you need less stress and anxiety in your life.

Breath deep!
I couldn’t have gotten this audiobook at a better time. With a great collection of fantastic meditations, there’s definitely going to be one for you and the state of mind you’re currently in.
I took a lot from the grounded meditation and finding that connection between the body and the ground. The breathing cycles really helped settle me down and focus gently.
A great soothing narration, that’s easy to follow.

Well written
I had to take a cup of coffee several times, so I won’t have to fall asleep from listening to this audiobook. The soothing voice of the narrator and the relaxing background music worked hand in hand in this audiobook. It is perfect for anyone who is suffering from anxiety, depression, and lack of sleep. It was like a sleeping med for me. The message inside is easy to relate with and I will recommend it for anyone finding it difficult to sleep. It will help to relax your mind.

Excellent guide
I collect these guided meditations, you get something different out of each one. This one was particularly calming for me. The narration is excellent, and the writing is really good. I recommend this to anyone who seeks to understand themselves and give themselves the gift of inner peace.
