The first half of Paul Jacuzzi's career was spent in progressive sales and general management roles in the municipal products and commercial plumbing and manufacturing sectors. Under his watch, his companies rose to national leadership and afforded him the opportunity to travel widely around the globe, both as a tourist and to attend industry conventions and collaborative meetings. Learning from a variety of cultures and successful entrepreneurs, Jacuzzi crafted his own unique business and personal style based on decisive action, team building and injecting fun into solving complex business challenges. During these early years, he became a skilled negotiator in sales, labor contracts and corporate acquisitions. In the latter half of his career, Jacuzzi acquired his own manufacturing and distribution company in Canada. Through an aggressive growth and product development strategy, he grew the business into a leading North American market player with operations in both Canada and the United States and customers globally. His firm embrace global commerce, unlocking opportunities for new product innovations and sources. His experience in foreign commerce and international travel from his early years was put to productive use. Upon the sale of his company and retirement in 2020, Jacuzzi became less absorbed in commercial interests and board activity and turned more to his curiosity for travel, family, and love of historical events. Combining all his career and individual experiences with a knack for writing and composition, led to the creation of the Dalton Drake series of espionage and military thrillers.
