I've been writing since January of 2019, with the first book published in June of that year. I wish I'd started writing forty years ago! I live in a rural area of Arkansas with my husband, who is my very own hero heartthrob. There's a little bit of him in all my leading male characters. Between us, we have two grown sons, both married to wonderful women, and the grandchildren count currently stands at three. There are five books in the Big Rock Romance series with Blushing Books: Marriage by Mail - Jun 2019 A Badge in Big Rock - July 2019 Deputy's Dilemma - August 2019 Big Rock Rescue - December 2019 Bedlam at Big Rock - May 2020 The problem is, I love that little town of Big Rock in the Wyoming Territory, and no matter how I tried, I couldn't leave it. So, I'm now working on a spin-off series based in the same town, with the same supporting characters. These are Mail Order Bride stories. All of the westerns can be standalones, but it would likely enhance your reading experience if you read them in order. Our old friends pop up in subsequent books. This is the Operation Big Rock Brides series: Two Brides for Big Rock - November 2020 Opal from Omaha - December 2020 Ruby from Rawlins - January 2021 Lacy from Laramie - March 2021 Nellie from Newport - May 2021 Lily from Lincoln - June 2021 I just released the first book, really a novella, of a new series, Wild West Loves. Look for at least three more in the series! New Home in New Forge - February 2022 I have a contemporary sci-fi complete with hot alpha aliens who are determined to get their earth gals, "I Married an Alien Handyman." And it's fun, I promise! Fun, interesting, romantic, steamy, and a tad kinkier than my westerns. I wasn't sure if it will be a series, but I'm leaning that way. I like to write fun and interesting stories with witty dialog and believable (mostly) characters I hope you'll love, too. The heroes are hot and hunky, the heroines are smart and capable, and sometimes pay the consequences for it. You can always count on a happily ever after. I'm a sucker for a good romance, you know.
