Martina Gleissenebner-Teskey has been working worldwide as a trainer, coach and lecturer since 1996 based on the charisma concept she developed. The charisma-concept is based on social and management science principles as well as on Gleissenebner-Teskey's studies in ecology and psychology. It is not the communicative optimization that comes first, but the detection of one's own "gift of grace" - one's own special contribution one can make to the success of a community (whether it is in a business context or in other social environments). The development of charisma follows a holistic approach and is always a question of the context in which a person finds himself. Since her participation in the popular German television show "Germany's Next Topmodel" in 2022, in which her daughter Lou-Anne won and she reached the finals as the first "Best Ager" , she has been known to a broad public in German-speaking countries. Engaging with her community eventually led to the update of her first book, "Charisma: The 9-Week Program", in 2023.
