Joseph McCarthy is a co-founder of American Dream Fund, an operator of multiple nationwide EB-5 regional centers, and a partner with the Los Angeles-based firm McAdam & McCarthy. He earned his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, his Master of Science in Hydrogeology and Aqueous Geochemistry from the Colorado School of Mines, and his Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Whittier College. Through the American Dream Fund, Joseph has raised more than $350 million for EB-5 real estate projects. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves on the editorial board for EB5 Investors Magazine.
