Summary
The ice planet has given me a second lease on life, so I'm thrilled to be here. Sure, there's no cheeseburgers, but I'm healthy and ready to be a productive member of the small tribe. What I didn't anticipate was that there'd be a savage stranger waiting nearby, watching me.
And when he takes me captive, the unthinkable happens . . . I resonate to him. Resonance means mating and children . . . but I don't know if this guy's ever been around anyone before. He's truly a barbarian in all ways, right down to clubbing me over the head and claiming me as his own. So why is it that I crave his touch and hunger for more?

Amazing
I’ve left all the stories that are in the series, as soon as I think it’s going in one way it completely takes me and another direction absolutely amazing

3.5/5 reading these still feels like a fever dream
this was actually so wholesome and cute. loved how harlow loved and stood up for ruk when people said things and thought their relationship was really strong. i liked seeing ruk's character development - how his perception on his father changed and putting his family first. overall quite enjoyable

Not as strong but worth listening to
As above, this is far from being the strongest in the series, but it’s interesting to see an MMC who basically grew up on his own, away from the tribe.
Not enough conflict and drama, but hey.

Superb
I know I keep saying this but this IS another cracking book. I’ve heard lots of the IPB series and they keep getting better and better. Good narration as always. Great story which I found very emotional. I loved every second

Fine but not the best
I love this series and even though I think this book contributes a lot to the universe, it's not as good at the previous books. Performance of the narrators are still as good as always 👌

Where there is love .......
Absorbing series; adventures in a strange land, communicating with strange beings and learning to love and cope. A pleasant cave by the sea is given up when birth is imminent. Dramatic, tear jerking tale. Book 5 here I come.

Uncomfortable story line
Really didn’t enjoy the whole ‘Tarzan feral dude’ being taught sex aspect. Pretty uncomfortable listening to super weird dynamics and not very fun. Couldn’t finish
