I feel like she described my experience of how my brain works! I feel quite emotional listening to this. I listened whilst falling asleep last night. So I'm listening again.

Fantastic podcast for younger women

An amazing story of a young woman’s fight to be heard after experiencing menopausal symptoms from the age of 15!!!! A courageous and wonderful young woman who is an inspiration to us all.

Take the power back

I do not understand why these do not have millions of reviews these podcasts are so education and actually help women feel we are in control of bodies and that we can go to the GP and exercise our right to feel good. I wish all women would listen so we know what we can expect by educating ourselves. Thanks to women like DR Newson 💋
