We also talk about how friendships, rage, parenting techniques, emotional dysregulation and strategies as a parent as well as how to identify and handle common triggers. And most importantly we talk about SELF COMPASSION (Its in capital letters because self compassion is BIG and so so needed, especially if you are a neurodiverse mum because that is tough!!). We hope with this episode, you feel seen, heard and most importantly less alone and empowered to give yourself a lot of self compassion (and to ask for help).
