Very helpful podcast
Helps to understand toxic behavior and patterns , very good way of explaining things. It’s very easy to follow and can learn a lot from listening. Patreon is very helpful to recovery and work on yourself

Exactly what I needed to hear.
This episode really helped me with the grief I’ve been grappling with over being no contact with my parents. I’ve felt conflicted by my own guilt around my (very necessary) boundaries too. But also the grief around not having this “Christmas Ad” family experience, and the sadness of being unlovable to them.
Listening to this episode has really helped validate all of these feelings, but also helped me to stay steadfast in with my boundaries.
It’s also answered lingering questions and doubts I’ve had for a while.
So I’m so grateful to this podcast and this episode right now.

I have started with number 1 and I am now on 27 ..
incredible and insightful. this opened my mind and I realise I needed a shift. thank you and keep up the work. this is brought my sister and I together from a narsastic dad you was using plausable deniability that mom was an abuser and he is a self oriented great business man but something doesn't feel right.... and so the inquisition into ones self begins.
I have noticed the audio clipping from episode 24 to date is a little but rough and I can hear the transition from one clip to the next... I am hyper vigilant and it doesn't bug me... (so I believe) but I am also more aware of my toxic positivity.... I mean well, but now realise people don't always want silver linings in clouds, they sometimes want to just embrace the clouds... and this is perfectly valid... keep it up. looking forward to your book
