Kevin Kalkwarf (USMA ‘06) is a U.S. Army veteran, husband, and father who works as a Cloud Solutions Director at Microsoft. To say he is busy would be an understatement. Nonetheless, Kevin dove into real estate with little experience and a hunger to learn and take action. He dominated the Real Estate Accelerator course and totally transformed how we teach and understand market analysis in the process. Kevin’s three investment properties have already appreciated by 10% and he’s looking forward to acquiring three additional properties each year in order to reach his financial freedom goals.
