A bit vague
This book was not for me. I didn't think it translated to audio well, especially lists of foods and meals.
I felt the whole book was rushed and vague, with no enough detail. It was like an abridged version.
I certainly didn't learn anything new, but I do read a lot of books of this type.
I felt it said nothing to me.
