Summary

Congratulations, you are about to get younger!

Dr. Henry Lodge provides the science. Chris Crowley provides the motivation. And through their New York Times best-selling program, you’ll discover how to put off 70 percent of the normal problems of aging - weakness, sore joints, bad balance - and eliminate 50 percent of serious illness and injury. Plus, prominent Neurologist Allan Hamilton now explains how following “Harry’s Rules” for diet, exercise, and staying emotionally connected directly affects your brain - all the way down to the cellular level. The message is simple: Learn to train for the next third of your life, and you’ll have a ball.

Great book

Don’t get overwhelmed at the beginning thinking of how hard of impossible the recommendations sound. You will realize as you progress with the reading how very much feasible it is to progressively get there. Although I tend to think that if you are reading this book as because you are interested in healthy lifestyle and most probably, you are very close to have all these great advices already embedded in you daily life

Inspirational

This was an inspirational and enjoyable listen. Just what I needed as I approach 80 years old. Wish I’d discovered it years earlier.

It’s never too late

Plenty of humour and solid facts. Use it or lose it is the prevailing narrative and I am grateful for the reminder!

Mobmve to grow

Wow.. This was mind blowing and left me in awe.
Decay and growth.
This book so elequently condensed and made accessible the power of movement to the human body. Movement, connection and purpose.. All key ingredients whatever stage of life you are at.

Loved it.

As part of a movement to empower people to fall in love with moving their bodies and discovering what's possible when you go past existing (perceived) limits, this resonated with me soo much.
It has become a blueprint for my stand in the world.

It’s good

Funny , clever and good advice given, a little light on the advice I felt. But compelling all the same.
