I'm a teacher and a father and I wanted to get a clearer picture of what we are all concerned about.
It helped me realize that I too am experiencing digital burnout.

Well needed read
I hated feeling stuck in the endless loop of "Doom Scrolling" on social media. I've caught myself constantly comparing myself to others and feeling down.
