Love That This Book Discusses GLP-1s

I haven't come across a weight loss book that guides you to incorporate GLP-1s into your weight loss strategy. It's something I have been heavily opposed to in the past because of all the horror stories and side effects you hear about weight loss drugs like Ozempic. This book has me reconsidering. It is a very comprehensive guide on weight loss that lasts, diving deep into a multi-pronged strategy and answers all your questions.
