This is a great audiobook for busy women. The exercises are simple and take only 15 minutes a day. I loved how easy it is to fit into one's daily routine.

Just what the doctor ordered

This is a great resource for women. It offers routines that are that are quick, but effective. The book gives step by step instructions that are easy to follow. It was a great listen and helps get you get in that workout even if your busy. Would recommend.

No gym or equipment needed

I hurt myself at work a few weeks ago and wanted to get working back in shape. I dont own any equipment, but I came across this audiobook that doesn't need any equipment. I found the audiobook to be super easy to follow, and the guidance was just what I needed. The author does a great job explaining progressions as we get stronger. Highly suggest if you want to get started in the privacy of your home without buying a bunch of weights and stuff.

Short and sweet

I learnt that pilates helps to enhance muscle resilience and that it also builds core strength. The exercises could be adapted to different levels of ability. Each exercise was carefully explained. There was also a pdf with illustrations included. This helped to make it easy to understand exactly how you should position your body.

Perfect Pilates for Busy Women

This is an ideal resource for women like me who want to stay fit but don’t have much time. I love the fact that I don’t need any fancy equipment to do the exercises at home.
