big advertisement for supplements

it's not a book, it's like a series of ads mixed into a discussion between a religious addiction psychiatrist and others. After an intro about what they're going to talk about in Unchain the Brain, it's literally chapter afyer chapter of telling you what they put into the supplements they sell.
Some good information but way too self congratulatory. Better listen to Robert Sapolsky, Dan Siegel, Ron Siegel...
