Nice listen
Interesting concept and this book gave me a nice bit of escapism. Wasn’t the best written book, but good for the genre.

intriguing story!

This was a really interesting story! It has genetically modified Kraken aliens, conflict between species, a strong FMC, inter-species love and a resulting pregnancy. It has a lot going on, but the story is gripping and I really enjoyed it!

3,5🌟 - I didn't realised it was a sci-fi monster romance 💖😍
They are in another planet where human settlers took root many hundred of years previously. He is a kind of kraken type creature. He rescues her and soon they get hot and heavy quite often, but discover about each other more in between. We get a lot of spice, some drama, action, but only a tiny bit of science fiction.
Unfortunately the narration was seriously lacking. The female narrator made the male voices just as robotic and lifeless as the actual machines.

Great story
This has been really enjoyable to listen to. The performance was OK, but would have been better with an additional VA doing the male voices. The story has been fantastic though and keeps you hooked from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

Another great story by this duo!
Excellent writing and world building along with well-developed and relatable characters. The romance was sweet, the story fast-paced and the chemistry between the main characters steamy. Definitely recommend!
