Summary

The family never meant much to Tim until he needed them the most.

Tim has spent his life as an outcast. Dissatisfied with his family, he finds himself all but shunned after his mother dies, and they with him. Rather than hide behind his parents' success, Tim decides to set forth and carve his name into the world. And he does it alone.

But when Tim is unexpectedly kidnapped, he longs to return to a simpler life filled with love, happiness, and family.

Tim is taken from his San Francisco business and flown halfway around the world. He will be pushed to the edge of his breaking point. It will be his darkest hour, where the only thing keeping him going is thoughts of home and rekindling what he didn’t realize he’d been missing.

If Tim survives, he vows to return home to the one thing that has always been there for him, regardless of his attitude or decisions. At the end of the day, family is everything.
