Love Apple but ....
As biographies go this seems more like a polished Apple pitch than warts and all . I’m sure Tim has some faults ..... ? You won’t find them here so maybe he is just perfect . Looking forward to an “auto”

More of a Homage to Tim Cook and less of the man
This book does a good job to plot the history and success of Tim Cook post Steve Jobs but you never really seem to get to know Tim Cook the man. It does call out his flaws but could have been written for his beatification rather than as a biography.

Badly written
This audiobook has been a bit boring, it seems to me it was written by high school student not a professional writer. Too many repetitions and very linear. It did not find out anything other than what's easily available. I am coming from Steve Jobs by Walter Issacson so maybe my expectations are far too high.

I am so glad I read this book
While Steve Jobs was admired by millions and his brilliance is indisputable, his ethical and moral compass was something that concerned me. When you read this book, you will realise what a humble, talented and ethical CEO Tim is and why he has advanced Apple forward in so many ways.

Bland with glimmers of insight
-Overly heavy on statistics which seem to pad out every chapter. For me, the narration unenthusiastic and not really engaging, although well enunciated.

Apple Fans Must Read/Listens.
Being an Apple fan, after watching and listening to the Steve films/books it was good to hear another angle. Tim is clearly a dedicated, supportive and focused chap - lots of observations, reasoning and insight. This is a must read for Apple-fans, left me feeling insightful, motivated - not the most exciting book, but enjoyable.

Good book terrible narrator
For any Apple fan this book is a really great insight into Tim Cooks background and his road to Apple CEO. Leander Kahney has written some really good books on Apple and this is another excellent read. Only problem, and it’s a big one in my opinion is that the narrator is awful! No emotion to his voice whatsoever, just a monotonous boring drone that feels like you’re being read to by a computer. With the narrator being a huge part of any audiobook I feel this one really let the whole book down.
