Summary

In There Is a God, one of the world's preeminent atheists discloses how his commitment to "follow the argument wherever it leads" led him to a belief in God as Creator. This is a compelling and refreshingly open-minded argument that will forever change the atheism debate.

Pleasant voice to listen to.

An honest and interesting account by Anthony Flew. The interesting appendix at the end by NT Wright is very helpful in summing up many thoughts throughout the last part of the book around the historical Jesus.

Flew's ideas hijacked by a christian apologist

I'm not convinced this book was actually written by Flew as he stated on his 'conversion' that he now believed in a form of deism; that an intelligence created the universe and then let it play out. So why is this booked heavily leaning towards Christianity, even including a chapter on the resurrection?
This could have been a quick half hour listen as it contains no new arguments for the existence of a god and no credible evidence at all.
The narrator over enunciates every word which just became annoying.
Even on 1.4x playback I found it dull, repetitive and boring
