I have been studying/a student of positive thinking and LOVE some of the ideas from this book. Just when you think you know everything, there is more!! Thank you for this book. this is worth a listen.

I’ve been stuck in my own head, always assuming the worst. This audiobook gave me some real tools to pull myself out of that spiral—stuff like actually paying attention to the good things in my life instead of always focusing on what's wrong. The whole reframing your thoughts thing? It really helped, but I won’t lie, some parts felt a bit repetitive. Still, I could tell it was written by someone who gets how tough it can be. Honestly, it gave me something to work with that’s practical and didn’t feel like empty advice. It’s been a game for my mindset.

Useful and practical guidance

This audiobook contains lots of useful and practical guidance to support positive thinking. I particularly like that the Author mentions the importance of your environment too, such as keeping organised and making sure you get enough sleep. Sleep is so overlooked! Much harder to remain positive when you are exhausted.

Powerful Tool to Create Positive Energy

Just when you thought there were no more creative ideas on how to create Positive Thinking, James Stott adds to the list . While you have likely heard some of his suggestions, there will be more that you have not heard. This book is definitely worth a listen to. In 3 hours, you will learn a lot and be glad that you invested the 3 hours in this audiobook.
