Summary

Random House presents The Wedding Guest by Jonathan Kellerman, read by John Rubinstein.

Jonathan Kellerman’s legendary thrillers have sold over 80 million copies.
This might be his best yet.

An uninvited guest. A missing identity. A trail of deadly secrets.

When a horrified bridesmaid finds the body of a young woman at a wedding reception, it makes the bride and groom’s choice of a Saints and Sinners theme all the more macabre.

There are no means of identification and nobody knows the victim.

The bride is convinced someone is trying to sabotage her big day. The groom is sure it’s a dreadful mistake.

It’s up to brilliant psychologist Alex Delaware and LAPD Lieutenant Milo Sturgis to uncover the truth. They have a hundred guests to question, and a strong suspicion that the motive for murder is personal…

The party’s over.
AND THE HUNT FOR THE KILLER IS ON.

As always exceeds expectations

Love the relationship between Alex and Milo. Twists and turns as usual until the perpetrator is found. Can’t wait for the next instalment.

Utterly Brilliant

Always look forward to these. This is a good enthralling book. Never fails to deliver. Really should be made into a TV series like they did with Rizzoli & Isles books.

Enjoyable and satisfying

Another excellent novel from Jonathan Kellerman, an author who can be relied on to produce crime stories that are satisfyingly convoluted but very human. I haven't read an Alex Delaware novel that I didn't enjoy and I'd been looking forward to this one for months. It didn't disappoint. Great narration too from John Rubinstein.

If you haven't read any in this series before, start with one of the earlier books - they've aged rather well.

Good Alex Delaware mystery

This story was well plotted and very well performed but it was similar to many of the other novels, I think I have read enough of this series.

Awful Narration

Really disappointed. I couldn’t listen past chapter 4 as the voices are just too irritating!

struggled with this one!!

usually love this series but found this one hard work and rather boring. Even after three attempts couldn't stay interested. Not sure if it was the story or rather monotone narration.
