Lots of Good Info!!

Very Informative and Simple to Follow Very Useful

My wife found this very useful as we age and become more focused on health it all starts with the gut and we should all strive to make that as healthy as we can. This will help to alleviate many other health issues. There are a lot of great recipes that are easy to prepare and very tasty. There is also a handy workbook included. Fantastic gut health reference!

I thought the information in this book was very helpful and valuable. The author's explanation of what it actually means to have a healthy gut, as well as what the microbiome is and how it functions and affects your health, were very informative and made the recommendations presented more understandable. I particularly enjoyed the information about intermittent fasting - I really didn't know that there were so many different options. I tried it in the past but found it difficult, so learning that there are other ways to do it effectively will help me with that. Also, this audiobook set comes with a PDF that has recipes in it to help you improve your gut health through proper nutrition, and I feel like that is also very helpful. If you are struggling with menopause symptoms or just don't feel like you have the energy you would like to have, I think you'll find this program to be helpful.

Everything I needed

It's all well and good to learn about gut health but without practical tips, it is pretty tricky to start getting the health benefits. I've heard so many good things about gut health and intermittent fasting to help with menopause symptoms, I wanted to give it a go, but I wasn't sure where to start. Take your Health to the Next Level

As I get older I am working on taking better care of myself. We only get one body and I do not want to become a sick old person. I want to age gracefully and with style!
