Interesting book. Not for me.
I had heard about MB prior to reading this book. I was intrigued to try MB for myself. Personally for me it didn't have a good effect. Prior to taking MB I took good quality magnesium, vitamin C and D, and Iodine and felt amazing. My energy levels were great. I wasn't getting ill like i previously was. But once I introduced MB my energy levels crashed and I was tired. My heart rate went up. I constantly had a strange fuzzy feeling in my head. I had to stop after a few days. I was only taken a small quantity with plenty of water twice a day. I suspect different people react differently to MB. It just didn't work for me.

Ready to try it
Very informative . I need to make enquiries if mixing this with other medicine I take is safe ? I’ve suffered for years with an “untreatable “ condition . Sounds brilliant in theory . Thankyou KJR.

Hope
I have been taking MB already and found the book very informative for alternative uses. Great for the medicine cupboard and also for travelling. However, not being medically trained I found quite a bit of the book beyond my comprehension, but, was still worth a read to get a general idea of reasons it is so valued.
