About this listen

Why are we humans the way we are? Why does humanity still suffer from the perennial problems that have plagued us for thousands of years? Things like hatred and anger toward others, dissatisfaction with life, or disordered desires after any number of things? Or things like pain and sorrow, sadness and suffering? Why does life always end in death?

While most of us barely begin to even consider the “why” questions, Arthur W. Pink plainly declared the unpopular truth about the root cause of all human maladies. In his incisive way, Pink explained that the reason for the human condition is a spiritual one. Man has been a rebel against his Maker ever since the rebellion of our first parents in the garden of Eden.

Pink considered the following main points about human depravity: its Origin, Imputation, Consequences, Transmission, Nature, Impact, Enormity, Extent, Ramifications, Evidences, Corollaries, and its Remedy. In this book, there are unique insights into depravity not commonly found in the more modern writings on the topic, as well as very precious truths about the finished work of Jesus in saving sinners. We are not left in despair, for the solution to our depravity is in the glorious gospel of our Savior.

Forgotten truth of man's nature.

This book is actually very encouraging if listened all the way trough.
Unpopular teaching as it may be it's fully scriptural and basic for faith and life.
