Written like AI
While I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt, I must be honest: this book bears unmistakable hallmarks of being written with the assistance of AI, particularly ChatGPT.
The use of key words and sentence structures commonly associated with AI, along with a noticeable absence of genuine human emotion, suggests a reliance on automated tools.
While I don't oppose using AI for gathering information, I believe the author should have taken the time to deconstruct and rewrite the text with their own unique voice. While I could be mistaken in my assessment, the book lacks vitality, reading more like a product of AI than a human creator. A comparison with other content, such as YouTube shorts, reveals repeated phrases like "rich tapestry" and consistent sentence structures that hint at AI involvement.
I’m less than a third into this book and I feel that I’d like a refund. Shame as, for some time, I had been looking to get tucked into the Tibetan Book of the Dead.
