A great starting place.
For a short book there is a lot of useful advise here on balanced diets, types of food and exercise as well as positive reinforcement by a very well chosen narrator.
Just think some if the fat could be cut off with the removal of the looooong pauses and musical moments.

Less looking, more doing.
This very short book, made even shorter by the use of brief injections of music and long pauses between topics, is nevertheless fun and informative, covering the value, indeed necessity, of exercise, of balancing different food groups but always staying within a calorie xeficit, sleeping well, avoiding processed foods but indulging in treats along the way. Not a sprint but a marathon, is the message, along with the need for ongoing, intensive excercise. I'm not sure how useful this book is on it's own but it does offer encouragement to explore possibilities and stay positive rather than self accusatory. Indeed, rather than the dieting advice suggested in the title, it is more a brief invective to healthy living with emphasis on general excercise.
Enjoyable to hear, the short bursts of previously mentioned guitar music add an overall brightness but waste talking time with a sequence usually following the pattern: end of section, music, longish pzuse, music, next title heading, pause, music, continuing the reading. Initially bright, this quickly became irritating. There was also some repetition in the text, as in suggesting that caffeine not be ingested shortly before bed time in order to get the recommended good, long sleep, but this was a minor intrusion. Overall, the ideas were generic, and delivered with humour and without guilty undertones. A good, non specific look at how to obtain a sleeker, more toned figure, read, with a touch of amusement in his voice, by Jonathan Bunce.

short but to the point
A short book to give basic knowledge about how to diet. Written in an encouraging and simple way. Easy to listen to although I do think breaks inbetween paragraphs were a bit too long.
