This is a gold mine when you get past his voice!
The Narrater begins quite loudly and you have to get past this. I initially returned the book, but came back to it and turned the volume down. There is some amazing stuff in here and they take you step by step through each of the Silva Method procedures and resources - a real "how to" guide.
It's the best one I've listend to so far, so definitely worth persisting with in my opinion

A step by step guide
The narration was difficult at first, when I slowed it down it was easier.
Other reviews talked about the narrator shouting. There is more than one narrator and only one of them seems like they are shouting. If I concentrated on the content, it was easier to switch off to the shouting element.
I found the exercises easy to follow. The last two chapters were the full application of Level and using whatever exercise you wanted within it.
I enjoyed it and found it simple to follow.

Common Sense Meets Wisdom
I have no doubt, Jose Silva, was a wise and wonderful man. I think we are all blessed and privileged to be able to share in the gifts that he left in his writings and teachings.
There are more modern day variations of these exercises. However, I believe this book teaches the essence of them without any fluff or filler and is more clear in the delivery.
Highly recommended for anyone willing to do the inner work.
My one small criticism. Michael Wickett seems to be shouting into the mic at times. Maybe a little over enthusiasm. However, the did not detract from the book overall.
Finally. Please remember you are reviewing a book on here. The fact that it won't play on your MP3 player or any other technical issue, really does not merit giving the book a 1* rating.
