Interesting tale

I love listening to Christmas or bookstore stories. Sweet and simple to listen to. Nothing complicated.

Meh

I'm sure that if you were to read the book yourself the characters would be interpreted differently, unfortunately, the reading of this is simpering and becomes annoying.

Not up to standard

The story line was fine but could have been completed in half the time. Too much waffle of nothing

Lovely story and characters

I'm a big fan of Cressida Mclaughlin. Her story lines are always great and believable, and this book didn't dissapoint. The only slight negative of her books, and this is a personal preference, is the swear words which Cressida seems to think a necessary part of the readers enjoyment. In my opinion they don't add anything to the books. As I said it's a personal preference. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series.
