Summary
Egyptian terrorists dressed as Israelis attacked the refugee camp at Khan Yunis and killed several Palestinians. The terrorists’ camp was discovered by U2 photos. Allen and a SAD team are sent to Egypt to terminate the terrorists.

Allen and a SAD team are sent to Israel to find and terminate the leader of a group that is trying to derail Egypt and Israel peace negotiations. Allen is captured by the Iranian terrorists, and his continued survival is in question.
