Summary

Life has not been easy for battle-weary Tungdil the dwarf. But this heroic warrior can't rest yet, as he must now face the most formidable enemy the kingdom has ever encountered. A new evil is terrorising the land of Girdlegard. Monstrous hybrid creatures are on the rampage, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake.

They are out to steal an artefact which is vital for the kingdom's defence, and whoever holds it could control the world. With the existence of the dwarves under threat, Tungdil must resort to his trusty double axe and risk everything he knows to save his country from annihilation....

Hold your breath for The Revenge of the Dwarves, the next thrilling instalment in this spectacular epic from international best-selling author Markus Heitz.

Best of the bunch

The first book had great narration but the story was not unique enough. The second book had a good story but the narration was poor. This third book has it all!

A superb fantasy frolic!

It's exactly what you would expect from a fantasy novel. Dwarves, elves, dragons, heroes and plenty of plots twists and turns. With flavours of the German folk tales native to Heitz this is a great easy read.

Great series

I'm absolutely loving these books and really enjoying the world. I must say I much preferred the first two but this is still very good nonetheless. If you loved the first two you will enjoy this. I eagerly await the fourth!

Really good

It's probably just about the best one so far, the ending was alittle bit of a damp squid because of the lead up to it was soooooo good, but on the whole a great book and well worth a listen.
