About this listen
The Relationship Guide is a practical and easily digestible handbook designed to solve problems and enrich relationships for marriage and long-term partnerships. It explores "Relationship Bruisers" (the selfish gene, anger, criticism, temptation, infidelity, and recovery from affairs) and "Relationship Builders" (the gender difference, romance, communication, sex, and growing older).
Combining many practical insights with real-life stories, questions, and exercises, The Relationship Guide illustrates how to build and sustain love in practice. It unravels many under-the-surface relational complexities, and shows how to beat even the most serious relationship busters, bringing hope and fulfilment back within reach.
Michael Lawson is a psychotherapist and relationship counselor. He has over 40 years’ experience of helping relationships to flourish again. He is internationally known as a writer, broadcaster, and filmmaker. Married to Claire, together they have three married daughters, and three charming and mischievous young grandsons.

Excellent audible book on relationships.
Excellent guide for well established and floundering relationships of all types. This book has been very well put together with a great insight and experience of complex problems in marital relationships and good solutions. The book is riddled with examples and anecdote keeping the listener engaged till the very end. The audible component of the book is also excellent. I listen to to books at higher speed and it was easy to do this is easy at 1.5-1.75 rates.
