You need this for your career
If you are like me, you pick up many technical books to learn how to be the best at what you do, but you haven't done much (until now) to make sure that the way you interact with people does not overshadow the effort you put and hinder your success. This book is one you need if you want to change that. It is a book for anyone who wants to succeed but who may having some trouble dealing with 'company politics' or simply talking with your superiors, colleagues and teams. I found it to be incredibly practical.

This is a good book for anyone looking to enhance their interpersonal relationships. The author covers many verbal and non-verbal communication topics and even gives specific advice on how to use social media and networking for your career. One vital topic that was covered is active listening. Active listening shows you're invested in what the other person has to say and be able to respond accordingly. Using this single tactic alone will strengthen your personal and professional relationships as it shows you are genuinely interested in the other person/people. Great information!

Great Career Guidance
Excellent audiobook for anybody interested in learning more about human behaviour but obviously this book is geared towards leveraging this knowledge to improve your career prospects, build professional networks and develop your communication skills. I enjoyed the audiobook and picked up some great tips!
