A good listen - can’t help but like the killer
Good narration of a great story. I felt it dragged a bit in the first third but overall I really enjoyed it and couldn’t help but like Lissa. Will listen to more by this author

I loved it!
This is the first book I’ve listened to by this author but it won’t be the last! Somehow I got attached to the main character even though she’s a murderer, 🤔 but as with all good thrillers, the end took me by surprise. Well written and nicely narrated.

Great story.
I really enjoyed this read but was dissipointed by a medical factual inaccuracy considering the author was a nurse.Mumps can cuses infertilitynot chicken pox.

Great character study of a female with psychopathic characteristics who I could also relate to.
Her second crime was glossed over and also fingers would have been pointing at her as she stood to gain. But no police knocking at her door. Seemed a massive omission.

Fabulous
I don’t normally read fiction, but just a few paragraphs in I was hooked. Fantastic writing and the narrator was excellent. Looking forward to reading more of Valerie’s books.
