be a good partner
This book's got everything dads need to get through pregnancy and the whole new-dad thing. It covers all the stages of pregnancy and what to expect, but it goes way beyond that. I really liked the parts about being a dad and staying a good partner. It's a lot to juggle, especially with all the stress and lack of sleep that comes with a new baby.

This book has everything we as men need, especially if you're a first-time dad. It has all your baby basics and how to deal with certain situations. I totally recommend it to any dad out there. Enjoy!

Emotional reassurance
It prepares new fathers mentally for the changes ahead. You will learn a lot from pregnancy and childbirth to the early days of fatherhood. Each chapter is organized with clear sections. A valuable resource highly recommended for expecting dads.

Reassuring guide for dads
If you are expecting your first child and don't have much experience with young kids, this book is super helpful for learning what to expect and what to do. A lot of the info is probably stuff you've heard before, but it's great to have it all organized by the baby's age. The chapters are short and have recaps of the key points.

Informative
As a first-time dad before, I had no idea what I was getting into. I skimmed through my partner's books but found them either boring or too focused on women's perspectives, which made them hard to relate to. But this book? It's great! It's written in a really chill and informative style.

I absolutely love it!
I'm so grateful I had the chance to review this book. I wanted a book like this for my husband as we're expecting our first baby, and I absolutely love it! It offers excellent reminders on how to be present during the transitions and provides actionable advice for dads to support both mom and baby. I've been listening to it myself to get familiar, and it's been a great reminder for me as well.

This is the best book so far I've listened to about hacks for Dads. It guides what to do and why. it offers solid evidence and thorough analysis to support its recommendations. The content is not only informative but also highly engaging. Surprisingly, it's an enjoyable listen as well.

This book gets straight to the point delivering the essential information without any unnecessary fluff. It's an excellent guide for men, offering advice from conception to bringing your baby home.
