Useful, accessible guide
An interesting overview of Japanese business etiquette, presented in a relaxed question and answer style. I found the section for businesswomen particularly useful and feel more prepared for a trip I have coming up. The 'useful phrases' section was a bonus and having them said by the English-speaking presenter was great, but it would've been nice to hear a native speaker say the phrases too.
