loved it

the story and narration was brilliant really enjoyed it the only slightly negative comment is I feel the story was a bit rushed in the end but that's a minor thing.

really nice story

I have really enjoyed listening to tgis book, story is good and the narrator excellent, I wish all the books in this series were read by the same narrator
The only negative for me would be the unnecessarily explicit bedroom scene which i found cringe, luckily it was just the once and towards the end so it didn't put me off like some others. I'll never understand authors who do this, less is more as they say

Makes you want to visit Copenhagen

Nice if predictable story. lost a star for wasting time describing the sexual encounter - much better left to the imagination!

Light hearted and cosy

Lighthearted and cosy. I knew this book may be slightly predictable but I enjoyed it anyway and was exactly what I needed. Now I want to visit Copenhagen! The narrator can sometimes ruin an audible experience but this one was brilliant and really added to the enjoyment of listening to this book.

Heartwarming❤️

A lovely easy listen. Heartwarming and happy with a bit of jeopardy. A lovely insight into Copenhagen, Cinnamon buns (I could almost taste them) and a reference to Rock Choir! What more could you want to listen to as Autumn starts to fade into Winter.

Lovey fun story

A wonderful story, and being set in Copenhagen this was a must read for me, even though I had never heard of this author before.( I have lived in Denmark for the past 40 years)
The story was fun, quaint , and witty. Lovely characters, kept my interest from start to finish.
The narration was generally ok, nice voice that suits the story...but oh I know the Danish language is difficult.... and I can forgive many smaller mistakes, but why not make sure you are pronouncing the main names of places that pop up often, it made grit my teeth every time the cafe Varme was mentioned.Arggg . But this wont be a problem for anyone else if they don’t have a knowledge of the danish language. So don’t let this put you off.
But would still thoroughly recommend.

Pronunciation of foreign words

A nice, easy and charming story but again oh, such a sad disrespect for foreign pronunciation. Unfortunately, always an insult to other languages.

Hueggah?

First of all and asa danish native i simply didnt understand the pronounciation ofthe danish words . The narrator should have learned to at least prononce hygge and kanelsnegle .
Secondly and always shockingwhen at 9h11 min there is explicit sexual content. I see no warning about this and think audible should be better to detect and notify about it. Giving the listeners a choice.

too chic flick for me

Not the worst romance book ever, but too chic flick for me. It started getting on my nerves and I couldn't finish it.
