Not like the others
I really don't know why, but this story seems different from the others in this universe. It was a good book, not my favourite, but still worth the time. But sometimes it feels like a different author did the writing. I don't know... Maybe it is all in my head.
I enjoyed the narrators, they did an excellent job!

An emotional listen
This is an emotional read. Gio has moved to London to become the PR agent for The London Ice Kings. Rick has been offered the job as team captain, when he knows Gio in involved with the team he accepts. When ever Gio and Rick meet sparks fly. Both Gio and Rick have ghosts in their past. The plot held my attention from start to finish.
I enjoyed this story so much. I laughed, I cried. I enjoyed this story a great deal. I look forward to more books from L Steele.

An entertaining audio from two fabulous narrators.
THE ICE KISS is a forced proximity, fake relationship between a British hockey player and a PR woman. Both have pasts they’re grappling with. But inevitably pretending turns into not pretending. Stone’s in denial the most about his feelings and Goldie has to do some serious forgiving for them to move forwards. But of course, they get their HEA.
Gotta say though Tiny, the Great Dane, steals the show for me in this one. Who doesn’t love a champagne-guzzling dog!!
Samantha got to flex her accent muscles on this one by voicing a British hero. She smashes it, of course. Shane the charming Brit who everyone loves to listen to lets us really feel Stone’s emotions.

A very entertaining story with many tropes packed in it.
L. Steele never disappoints in the spice department. 😁
A great hockey romance you will enjoy.

This is a great storyline. The characters are rough and ready. With past characters making their selves known it’s great to keep up with them. A brilliant performance.

Enjoyable but…..
I enjoyed this book and the interactions between Rick and Gio. But the story of him seeking revenge on Gio for his sister was a little frustrating.
