Getting back on that horse
I had surgery a few months back and fell backward on my fitness. I was looking for something a bit different and came across this two-book collection on hybrid workouts. I feel this book series would work for people of any fitness level, and the workouts are super easy to follow. I do need to modify the workout a bit for me, but that is an easy fix. The second book on mental toughness is what really helped me feel better about my current situation, and now I feel like I can do this and get back into shape.

really great motivator
I’m not an athlete, and my busy work and study schedule keeps me from being very active, but this audiobook was a gift, so I decided to give it a try. I’ve been wanting to become more active, and this audiobook really motivated me. The author does an excellent job highlighting the importance of both physical and mental strength. While it was a bit overwhelming at times since I’m not an athlete, the key takeaway was that becoming a “hybrid athlete” is about more than just exercise, it’s a mindset. A great motivator for anyone looking to make a change!
