Summary

Mma Ramotswe has a deft hand in delicate cases, and never allows an act of injustice to pass unanswered. Matekoni has found himself in complicated circumstances of his own, requiring not a little of Mma Ramotswe’s time and expertise.

another wonderful installment with the no 1 ladies

I always love these cosy, wonderful tales. this time I did miss the balance brought by Mma Ramotswe to Mma Makutsi's Violet obsession though. I prefer the ladies working together and wouldn't really want to see them go their separate ways. hopefully I'm reading too much into that and we keep the magic.

TERRIBLE VOICE

The voice of the reader is terrible and spoils everything. If she would just use her own voice all the time it would be far better because her take on how the characters would sound is pathetic. She is no mimic.
