An addition to your other weight management

While I don't personally know how I feel about the idea of hypnosis itself, I do think that the ideas mentioned in this book will do a good job of making you think about your relationship with health, exercise, and food. Regardless of short-term success, you will never see life-long fitness changes until you understand your motivation, and this book will help you uncover those while also reminding you that exercise and food habits don't have the control, you do.
