Learning the EMPATHY way

Having a kiddo with ADHD is not something I was prepared for, but I want to give him the best life. I want to learn everything I can on how to best raise an ADHD kiddo. I came across this book on Audible, and I'm so thankful I did. The book is well written and so easy to follow. I love the approach the author is taking. The EMPATHY way is fundamental in my new approach. The book explains what each of the letters in EMPATHY means, how to approach the new mindset, and how to make daily improvements for each letter. I am very satisfied with the book and looking forward to being a better mom.
